Mr. Evil, younger, not yet a Doctor, and not yet the Evil world dominator that we now know, runs a small childrens bookshop somewhere near Bavaria. It is the story of how Dr. Evil became Evil, and his unlikely and doomed love affair with the biggest movie star in the world.
