​From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia.   Ian Petrella (born December 17, 1974) is an 80s American child actor. His most memorable role is that of Randy Parker (Ralphie's little brother) in the 1983 film A Christmas Story. Petrella currently resides in Los Angeles, California, working on animation and puppetry. During 2010 Christmas Season, Petrella served as special tour guide from November 4th through the first week of January 2011 at A Christmas Story House in Cleveland, Ohio. This house is found on West 11th St., Cleveland, Ohio and is the original house used for the filming of A Christmas Story. Ian interacted with visitors and recounted his firsthand experiences at the house during the filming of the movie in 1983.
