Three bachelors have been very close since their childhood and they are putting their efforts to find their soulmates in their hometown. The curse of "Lambat Sunat, Lambatlah Kahwin" often plays on their minds and this makes it harder for them to find their soulmates as they keep facing various setbacks. Set against the unique culture and traditions of the Minangkabau in Negeri Sembilan.

Hattan, a truck driver often delivers goods from the Seremban to Kuala Pilah. Every time he went there, he would ceaselessly stop at one place to watch his ex-lover, Ira. Looking back on the past 20 years ago, Ira married her brother, Zaidi unwillingly. Their marriage failed, and they were blessed with a child named Amir. Hattan was disappointed to take himself to Kuala Lumpur to become a rock singer but failed. The conflict started when he saved Ira and Amir from Zaidi who often interfered in their lives.

This movie is related to an incident that occurred in Johor. It occurred in 1776 when a man called Awang returned to Parit Raja after more than 3 years abroad to marry his fiancee Dayang. Upon his return, he found out that another man called Bachok had told Dayang of Awang's death and planning to marry her the next day. Awang turned up at the wedding ceremony and using a spear given by Raja Bugis, he speared Bachok in the stomach. Bachok, fatally injured grabbed the spear in his stomach and speared his best man. The man then speared the next man he saw and this was repeated until the 99th person was speared. It was Dayang's father who was protecting Dayang. He did not continue the repeated spearing and died. Awang ran away to Endau and Dayang did not marry another till she died.

Amir is a CEO of a courier company . He had a big problem when courier goods priced at RM150, 000 missing. This causes Amir losses and cause the company with his wife opened it to fall into the hands of their partners . More disappointing , his wife Mira never give encouragement rather ridiculed Amir and often only find the source of arguing . One day Amir is determined to leave home to find peace . Amir driving alone from Kuala Lumpur to Johor Bahru by seven highway rest of Nilai, Seremban , Air Keroh , Mahcap , Pulai and Skudai Yong Peng . During the first stop he met a beautiful girl named Sue . In a short time Amir falls in love with Sue, because I have never owned a quality wife. However, when they approach the rest of the seven , a barrier comes surmise . Amir eventually learn that Sue , the girl he loved had died two days ago !

Mastura, who returns from her studies abroad, feels the loss of her good pal, E.J. who has chosen to follow the path of the religious extremist group led by Brother Musa. She decides to pick up voluntary work as her mission to promote good will for society. Halim, who has had experiences working abroad serving the Middle East, supports Mastura’s good intention and encourages her to join ‘Rescaid’, a volunteer organization. In her line of duty in helping the children refugees from Palestine, Mastura falls in love with Kamal, a divorcee who shares the cause she is pursuing. The success of a nation-wide charity concert promoted by Mastura and the team from ‘Rescaid’ becomes the pride of the locals, until one day, tragedy strikes unexpectedly. However, it does not kill Mastura’s determination to protect the fate of the unfortunate.
