Nedelcho Bogdanov is a Bulgarian animator, known as the author of the series "Balgar". Later created and full-lenght animated movie "Balgar". Nedelcho Bogdanov was born in the Black Sea town of Nessebar. It was there and develop action in the series "Balgar".
