History

Saeid Amirsoleymani (born November 8, 1942, Tehran) made his stage debut in 1961 and made his film debut in 1973 in 'Lollipop' directed by Aman Manteqi. He is the father of well-known Iranian actress Kamand Amir-Soleymani and actor Sepand Amir-Soleymani. He has appeared in 'Sooteh Delan' (1977), 'The Red Line' (2001), 'The Great Brawl' (1984), 'The Great Day' (1988), 'Gold Tooth' (1991), 'The Devoted' (1991) and 'Bibi’s Dowry' (1994).

All Three, He Said
A young man is released from prison. Three other prisoners who where his cellmates explain his political and social life in three different ways: The first one defines him as the son of an unknown father and a Polish mother who were taken abroad when his mother has been killed at the time of WWII and then he has returned to Iran as the agent of Zionists arrested while he was spying. The second one defines him as the lover of a Polish woman who is the wife of an embassy employee and is arrested through a report by the husband. The third one tells that he has returned to the country to take his wife's jewelry and is arrested mistakenly.
Desiderium
Desiderium lyrically charts the hapless loves of a three brother: Majid, they young handicapped brother with a deformed head falls in love with Aghdas, a prostitute hired by his eldest brother Habib to entertain him, not knowing the truth about her profession. Karim, the middle brother is so infatuated with a quail that he almost completely ignores his wife and her emotions. Habib himself is in love with Foroogh, a tailor lady who lives with them, while his sense of responsibility about Majid keeps him from requiting her affections.
