She studied costume design and set decoration at Mimar Sinan University. While studying, she started getting involved in commercials before turning to television and films. Her hobbies include painting, horse riding, sculpting, driving cars and skiing. She married Onur Saylak, who was her co-star from Asi and Gönülcelen, in Paris. She is the mother of twins named Toprak and Maya.
