A backwoods recluse steals the body of a young girl killed in a violent car crash, locking her in the freezer of his isolated shed as her sister and boyfriend search frantically for any clues to her whereabouts. The woman of Clive's dreams may be dead, but she'll always be true and she'll never grow old - at least as long as he keeps her on ice. Ash Williams and his girlfriend Linda find a log cabin in the woods with a voice recording from an archeologist who had recorded himself reciting ancient chants from "The Book of the Dead." As they play the recording an evil power is unleashed taking over Linda's body.
Dr Dilf, Nurse Meow and Nurse Spanks are trying to create a cure to the anti-death gas which was accidentally unleashed in the last film. The good doctor and his half dressed nurses are against the clock as a killer is after them and is determined to hunt them down.
