After more than two decades of absence from Italian cities, Bolzano hosts the return of Urban Sax, a French cult band famous worldwide for their musical and visual performances conceived to interact with architecture and urban space.
A seagull is caught by the black tide of a sinking petrol ship. She manages to fly inland and falls down in a garden by a cat. Moribund, she asks the cat to fulfill three promises: that when she lays her egg he must not eat it; that he must take care of it until it hatches; that he would teach the newborn how to fly.
1910, Paris. The destinies of the Russian poet Anna Akhmatova and Italian painter Amedeo Modigliani intertwine. Anna is married, Amedeo is a struggling artist, and when they meet their lives change forever. Anna goes back to Russia, and Amedeo sends her a letter begging for her to return. Meanwhile, Anna’s husband, the ambitious poet Nikolai Gumilev abandons her to go on a long trip to Africa to find inspiration. Anna takes the chance to go back to Paris, where she will face an impossible choice between love and poetry...
