From Wikipedia Gladys Hanson (1884–1973) was a stage and silent film actress. Hanson began her career on the Broadway stage in 1907 with the Charles Frohman Company. On the stage she played in the theatrical productions Our American Cousin (1908) with Edward Hugh Sothern, The Builder of Bridge (1909) with later film star Eugene O'Brien and The Governor's Lady (1912) with Emma Dunn and future film leading man Milton Sills. In 1914 she began working in film for Famous Players and later worked for Universal and Essanay. Her last film appearance was Walls Tell Tales 1928.

Christabel Nuneham (Gladys Hanson) feels neglected by her husband, Phil (Ferdinand Tidmarsh), so she has an affair with Rex Allen (Jack Standing). When Allen has to go to India, Christabel follows him to Southampton to see him off. She is injured in a car accident and is rescued by an evangelist (George Soule Spencer) whose specialty is saving sinners.
The Primrose Path
Too poor to pay for medicine, Ned Templeton, a struggling young artist living in Paris, lapses into a prolonged illness. To save her husband's life, Joan Templeton sells herself to a rich art dealer, then tells Ned that the money came from her father. After the couple emigrates to America, Ned encounters Cartwright, a millionaire who commissions a portrait of his daughter Helen. The heiress becomes infatuated with Ned who, enjoying the money and attention, neglects Joan more each day, sending her away and finally forcing her to work as a model to support herself. While posing for an art class, Joan meets Helen, and Helen recognizes her rival from one of Ned's paintings.
