The COVID-19 pandemic cut the world off from experiencing live comedy, but laughter prevailed. We followed comedians and comedy club owners across the country and saw how the pandemic didn't stop comedy, it reinvented it.
Gettin' Back Out There
Self
Mark does a shaky weekend in Dallas after 80+ days. He's used to going up 3 times a night and on the road every weekend then Covid hit and forced him to take off. The rust built up, he's wobbly and unprepared but luckily, a film crew was there to capture it all!! Let's watch. Gotta start somewhere. Comedy!
Mark Normand: Out To Lunch
Executive Producer
In Mark’s third comedy hour he covers it all: Drinking, anxiety, gays, naughty words, trans, race & the ladies. I don’t know if he’s right about any of it but he is completely out to lunch.

Rory Scovel: Live Without Fear
himself
A docu-comedy special that follows stand-up comedian Rory Scovel as he performs six nights in a row with one difficult, self imposed rule: not using any pre-written material. It all happens in Atlanta at Relapse Theatre, a venue operated by Bob Wood who tells his own unbelievable story of how he slowly and maybe with some questions of legality, converted an abandoned church into one of the best comedy venues in the country.
25 Sets
Himself
Aaron Berg is one of the hardest working comics in New York City. As everyone who's anyone in NYC will attest, it is only fitting that he set out to break the world record for most comedy sets in one night.

Mark Normand has been told the same advice his whole life: DON'T BE YOURSELF, whatever you're thinking about saying, don't. So in his first one hour special, Mark does just that.

Tasteless
Himself
Back in the 1980s, a series of controversial books aptly titled Truly Tasteless Jokes swept the nation with their crude, controversial and oft-hilarious zingers. With comedy that pushed the boundaries of racism and gender, the Truly Tasteless books are a testament to how comedic culture has transformed over time. The film explores the evolution of comedy through the lens of the iconic Truly Tasteless books. Tasteless examines how the series author, Ashton Applewhite, went from a crude joke author to a feminist activist; how comedy has evolved since the 1980s, and how the dirty jokes of our past stand in today's social climate.
