Reflects on the similarities between Puerto Rico and Cuba in musical, cultural, and physical terms. A journey through these two Caribbean countries will transport the viewer to enjoy both music and beautiful landscapes. It shows not only iconic places, but unique collaborations among Puerto Rican and Cuban artists performing together for the first time to delight audiences with musical arrangements that are innovative and different.

A musical journey through the genres that developed in different regions of the island and are now part of the Puerto Rican culture. We get to experience these genres through the eyes of five friends that go on a road trip around the island during the Christmas holidays. They go to concerts, parrandas, family gatherings, a New Year's celebration and get to enjoy performances by some of the great Puerto Rican artists.

When all the residents of Tokío are evicted from their houses, two kids, Emiliano and Aurelia, are forced to end their friendship. But before that, they make a plan to save the life of a kitten that is going to be abandoned when everybody leaves the neighborhood. This seems like a very simple scheme, but it turns out to be a lesson of beauty, and humanity, that emerges from themselves as an act of rebellion in a world full of destruction.

Franchi is a teenager who suffers from a rare hearing condition. After her parents' separation, she stays with her mother Soqui, who soon after gets involved with Johnny. Franchi finds herself victim of the continuous and unwanted advances on Johnny's part, while Soqui is blissfully unaware of what is happening in her own home. The young girl does not know who to ask for help. Caught up in a war she is not planning to lose, Franchi will be forced to fend for herself the only way she knows how.

A being's emptiness is represented in this short by a marriage that cannot escape the vicious circle they are locked in, product of the irrationality of a society predestined to survive by the grace of money and not their emotional, cultural or identity attributes.

Without resorting to dialogue nor introspection, the film portrays the emotional destruction of a man as a result of alcoholism.
