A group of 11 friends go away to a resort for a weekend bachelor party, but the day ends in a death.

Set against the backdrop of 1971 Indo-Pak war, the movie is inspired by real incidents and the protagonists are inspired by Param Vir Chakra recipients. The movie shows what consequences of war are on the lives of soldiers on either side of the border.

Jayaraman (Mohanlal) is born as a blind man but with heightened senses of smell, sound and touch. He is trained in the martial art of Kalaripayattu. Soon he is conned and loses everything after pledging his house to a ‘blade’ moneylender (Salim Kumar).

The prime minister of the nation gets killed and an efficient police officer, Sivaraman, gets appointed by the government to solve the murder mystery. He gets ninety days to accomplish the mission.
