History
Premendu Bikash Chaki is an Indian cinematographer who started off with the 2005 film Krantikaal, and then went on to work in several blockbuster movies like Chirodini Tumi Je Amar (2008), Challenge (2009), Kaler Rakhal, Hangover (2009), Mayabazaar, Mahanayika and Balukabela.com. He is also the director of Honeymoon (2018) and Palasher Biye (2023).

Gunja too denies to help him this time.

This film focuses on the friction and undercurrent of tension between the lady of the house and the terrorist.

The story of Mahulbanir Sereng is a narrative revolving around the triangular love story of Aghore (Pijush Ganguly), with his wife Saheli (Chandrayee Ghosh) and Dr. Alaktak Roy (Shilajeet Majumdar). Aghore is a police constable who works in a different place so he often stays out of hometown, in the mean time his wife Saheli gets closer with the new young doctor of their village.

Jatin Mahato’s house becomes a wonderful sight during the monsoon when hundreds of open-billed storks arrives and breed virtual colonies in the trees adjacent to his house. Jatin and his family feel an uncanny attachment to the feathered friends who are almost their own children. But the world beyond the Mahato family is not so friendly to the birds. Over the years they are being mercilessly killed for their tasty flesh. Jatin has severely beaten up several times and the villagers have ostracized the family. But the morale of the Mahato family is too high. They guard the birds day and night so that no one can do any harm to them.
