Athlete Diana Nyad sets out at 60 to achieve a nearly impossible lifelong dream: to swim from Cuba to Florida across more than 100 miles of open ocean.

As Jake is leaving town to go see his family, his good friend/ roommate Lucas is acting in a strange manner. Jake tries to find out why, but all he receives is a mix CD. As Jake is driving to his parents he discovers what is on this mysterious disc.
