However, it doesn’t go well, and he always fails. Thinking there is nothing he can do and nothing would ever go well, he unconsciously closes himself off to the world. Meanwhile, Baikinman is organizing the “Baikin Circus.” The newest mecha called Amazing Elephant morphs into Dirty Elephant and starts polluting the town. Pao seems to break down because of his lack of usefulness, but seeing how Anpanman never gives up and faces any difficulty, he decides to go forward and hold onto hope.

During the opening ceremony of the line, Conan Edogawa and the Detective Boys are driven by Professor Agasa and pass under the Touto Line. Conan, having heard about the threatening letter, notices explosives connected to the Touto railway; Using his original voice to inform the police as Shinichi Kudo, he is able to stop the train and divert traffic away from the explosives preventing any deaths.

However, on the eve of a truce, the actual flag captured in the photo is stolen and war once again threatens to plague the land. To return the flag and establish peace in the land, the UN sends a lone mechanical army called the SDC (pronounced as Seedac—Special Development Command).
