Claire Fowler

History

Claire Fowler is a writer-director and script supervisor from North Wales. After studying at Oxford University and the Royal College of Art she made a number of human rights-themed documentary films that screened at festivals internationally - including the International Film Festival Rotterdam, the International Human Rights Watch Film Festival and Sheffield Docfest. She graduated from with honors from Columbia University in 2011 with an MFA in film. Her work has been supported by: the Fulbright commission, the PEO foundation, South West Screen, Arts Council England, the British Council, the Academy Foundation and Film Agency Wales.
