Ninsho
Ninsho becomes a monk, following his mother’s wish who died when he was little. His father devotes his fortune for Ninsho to become a great monk. Ninsho helps with relief effort to save people who suffer from famine and disease. One day, he meets a woman with problems with her legs. She makes a living by begging. Ninsho carries her on his back everyday.
Kuramochi Bon works at a fast food burger joint, taking out the garbage. All his life he has been told he is ugly, and has never even held hands with a girl. A chance encounter with a mysterious doctor leaves him with 3 bottles of a potion which will make him look like someone else for 24 hours. When Bon gets transfered to another shop temporarily, he decides to use his potion to transform into the most handsome employee. With his new-found looks and confidence he reworks the shop, and asks the girl of his dreams out on a date.
A romantic tale from the team of Fujio F. Fujiko and director Yoshimitsu Morita. The two heroines are played by Shizuka Kudo and Misa Shimizu, and it co-stars Motoya Izumi, David Ito, Toshiaki Karasawa, Isao Hashizume, Kyoka Suzuki, et al.
