This film is based on excerpts from coming-of-age films that are not meant only seriously. Hullabaloo, which is also the title of the track by the musician Miaux that is used in the film, conveys the spectacle and chaotic state that characterise the teenage years.

An Indian girl is almost raped by Civil War soldiers while hunting. A general prevents worse and when the general's adjutant is badly wounded, she gives him life with the help of a snake's venom. But the poison changes the officer.
