At Camp North Pines for Boys, the campers, led by the charismatic Franklin Reilly, stage a revolt against the strict owner, Mr. Warren, and lock him and the rest of the counselors up and take over the camp for themselves. But the revolt soon spirals out of control as the boys also lead a takeover of the nearby girls camp as well. Then, Mr. Warren is accidently killed trying to escape. Soon friction happens between the two boys and girls camps, while one camper, a certain Donald Poultry, tries to get the word out and unseat Franklin as the leader.

Mike (Grady McCardell-Walker Texas Ranger) and his close friends Kareem (Jason Morgan), Preacha (Shawn McClemore) and BJ (Curtis Von Burrell -Jason's Lyric) were born and raised on the same mean streets of an unforgiving inner-city neighborhood. Marvin (Thomas Miles II -Thug Life), Mike's brother, was a major player in a drug cartel who was killed by rivals in an attempt to takeover the cartel. BJ, now a detective assigned to take down the cartel, finds himself going head to head with his lifelong friends who are out for violent revenge. So, where do his loyalties as a friend end, and his duties as a police officer begin?
