Meanwhile, the new generation residents, namely Azat's granddaughter Arus and former chubby «violin nagger» nicknamed Dimedrol, have founded a start-up. A young man from China, named Chuan Lee, is renting Hrant's apartment. The latter is unknowingly involved in a clandestine scheme which has to do with smuggled gold. Who could ever imagine the chaos that fell over the good old yard after the arrival of the Hong Kong mafia.

The film premiered in the Armenian theaters on December 19, 2015.[1] The film consists of 7 parts.[2] Each part has its own storyline and director. Some parts of the movie are shot in Turkey and France. Edgar Baghdasaryan's film titled The Path of Simon won the main prize at the European festival of short films.[3] The Moscow premiere of the film was on 6 February, 2018.
