History

Levente Kölcsey was born in Pécs, Hungary in 1988. He decided to be a filmmaker when he saw Pier Paolo Pasolini's "La ricotta" (1963), whose way of filmmaking captured him. He started to work as an assistant director in Hungarian and international productions, and he graduated from the University of Theatre and Film Arts, Budapest in 2017. His graduation film, "Come by Chance" (2017), premiered at the Sarajevo Film Festival.
