History

Alvaro Gago was born in 1986 in Vigo (Galicia, Spain). He graduated with honours in Audiovisual Communication and then moved to Chicago where he studied filmmaking and theatre at North Park University. In 2009 he moved to London. Alvaro co-wrote, co-directed and edited the short film DOREMI, screened at many film festivals around Europe. In January 2011 he enrolls at the MA Filmmaking offered by the prestigious London Film School. Alvaro edits the documentary SKIN and the fiction short LIPSTICK, both films screening and winning prices in Europe and South América.
