Jeon Go-woon, born in 1985 in South Korea, graduated from Kunkuk University Department of Cinema, and advanced to the Korean National University of Arts. She has made a number of short films, and in 2013 she produced the feature film Sunshine Boys. Microhabitat is her first feature debut.
