History

Tim Davis is an award-winning Screenwriter with over 10 years experience in the business as a Story Producer in Reality TV. He's worked on shows such as Extreme Makeover: Home Edition, God Or The Girl, Big Medicine, Boston' Finest and two WWE shows; Tough Enough & Legends' House. (In fact, the first person paid to read his copy was Stone Cold Steve Austin.) During his time in Reality TV, Tim learned about navigating network notes, working to a tight deadline and helped save two shows from cancellation Tim's writing has placed well in festivals such as the Creative World Awards, Table Read My Screenplay, Scriptapaloolza and the Austin Film Festival. His script, Finnegan's, won Best Drama TV Pilot for the Chicago & Hollywood Screenplay contests. Tim has also written episodes of the podcast Cults for the Parcast Network. In 2017, Tim wrote the feature film, Murder Made Easy, for director David Palamaro which won the Indie Spirit Award at the inaugural Women In Horror Film Festival and is earning rave review from many horror sites. Murder Made Easy is being released in 2019 on Blu-Ray by Scream Team Releasing & on digital platforms by Terror Films. When not writing, Tim spends way too much time watching Doctor Who (old & new), reading, researching, and rewatching old movies. His all-time favorites are Jaws and Casablanca. Before the entertainment business beckoned, Tim worked the trenches in retail also winning awards for customer service. His drink of choice is scotch on the rocks with a twist of lemon, he owns more books than he can read and is an unapologetic Patriots fan. And he earned the nickname "Handsome Timmy D" when he was a trained pro wrestling referee in the earl 2000s.
