People on Saturday
Music
A sunny Saturday afternoon in Zurich. In the middle of a crowded square a businessman is lying on a bench, seemingly asleep. Someplace else, a teenager is longing for appreciation. A commuter is fighting the ticket machine. The film shows ten tableaux of everyday situations in the city. The people in them are confronted with small or big problems. Each one of them is a Sisyphos, endlessly rolling the little stones of daily life up the mountain.
In the Eye of the Beholder

Vittorio wants to reconcile, but Franco still bears a grudge against him. Only a sad discovery manages to touch Franco’s heart. At dinner, peace has been made. The rediscovered brotherhood is so wonderful, it seems like a dream. It takes nothing though to turn a dream into a nightmare..
Comrade Anna
Music

Tote Tiere
Music
With a heavy heart a man brings his dead cat to a meat processing plant. Then a taxidermist gives him her business card. Witty film with a strong punch line retains a perfect balance between seriousness and absurdity and plays out its final without moving a muscle. Some animal lovers will undoubtedly be offended.
