She has been a popular name in the news media adhering to her anchoring skills. She has a long list of followers throughout her career. She successfully transitioned herself into acting and anchoring streams. She is participating in the season of Bigg Boss Kannada Season 4 hosted along by Kannada Superstar Kiccha Sudeep. Sheetal Shetty started her career as a news anchor in TV9 network. She was offered a role in the movie Ulidavaru Kandante in 2014.
