Masaharu Okuwaki (奥脇 雅晴, Okuwaki Masaharu, March 19, 1958), currently known by his alias Masaki Oozora (大宙 征基, Oozora Masaki), is a Japanese anime director and storyboarder born in Yamanashi prefecture. Currently freelance, previously he worked at Oh! Production, Knack Productions (currently known as ICHI Corporation) and Toei Animation. His representative works include Lupin the 3rd: Dragon of Doom, Cheeky Angel and Kirarin Revolution.
