A young, naïve and idealistic Satya moves to Kurnool in hopes of a bright future. Discontent with how the city remains in the grip of a gangster, he decides to change the ‘treatment’ for the ‘disease’.

All a full-time bank employee and part-time kabaddi coach wants is to bring national relevance to the school his father built and help young kabaddi players in his village win the national championship. It might prove difficult than just coaching them though.

A happy-go-lucky Aakash who becomes the right hand man of a powerful politician who arranges for him to be married to his daughter Shraddha who falls in love with him, until he reveals the truth that he is already in love with another woman Meera.

Karthik is married to Swathi and both of them are unhappy. Karthik has a lover before marriage with whom he has differences which results in him marrying Swathi. Swathi doesn’t believe in marriage, hence she rejects a guy before marriage. Karthik and Swathi make a decision to part their ways amicably as the official divorce might take an year. The rest of the story is all about whether they follow their heart or continue their marriage of convenience.
