History

“Mr Juicy” Gino Gambino is best known for his work with Melbourne City Wrestling (MCW) where he is multi time MCW World Heavyweight Champion. Exploding on the scene on 2005 as Gino Gambino, he has slowly but surely grown into Mr Juicy. His quick wit and ability to engage the crowd into every one of his matches makes him a favorite amongst fans. In 2017, he became the very first Australian member of BULLET CLUB. He regularly teams with The Underboss, Bad Luck Fale when he is in town. He is no stranger to the NJPW competing in the Tokyo Dome New Japan Rumble during Wrestle Kingdom 12. Gino made history when he was the first born native Australian to call a full card of matches for NJPW and has been a popular addition to NJPW commentary.

Wrestle Kingdom 14 Night 2 in Tokyo Dome was a professional wrestling pay-per-view (PPV) event produced by New Japan Pro-Wrestling (NJPW). The event took place on January 5, 2020, at the Tokyo Dome, in Tokyo, Japan. It was the 29th January 4 Tokyo Dome Show and it was also the first time the event was held over two days, instead of taking place solely on January 4. In night two's main event, IWGP Heavyweight and the IWGP Intercontinental champions fought each other in a winner takes all match; which was promoted as a Double Gold Dash. In other notable matches, Chris Jericho fought Hiroshi Tanahashi, Jay White took on Kota Ibushi, KENTA defended the NEVER Openweight Championship against Hirooki Goto, Jon Moxley defended the IWGP United States Heavyweight Championship against Juice Robinson, Zack Sabre Jr. defended the British Heavyweight Championship against Sanada. The event also saw the retirement match of Japanese wrestling legend Jyushin Thunder Liger.

The main event of night one saw Kazuchika Okada defend the IWGP Heavyweight Championship against Kota Ibushi. In other prominent matches, Jay White defended the IWGP Intercontinental Championship against Tetsuya Naito, the returning Hiromu Takahashi took on Will Ospreay for the IWGP Junior Heavyweight Championship, Jon Moxley fought Lance Archer in a Texas Death match for the IWGP United States Heavyweight Championship and FinJuice (Juice Robinson and David Finlay) took on the Guerrillas of Destiny (Tama Tonga and Tanga Loa) for the IWGP Tag Team Championship.

The show will be headlined by a tag team match, with Kazuchika Okada & Hiroshi Tanahashi facing Jay White & Bad Luck Fale. As was announced at Dominion, new IWGP Junior Heavyweight Champion Will Ospreay will defend his title against Robbie Eagles in Melbourne. Ospreay, who won this year's Best of the Super Juniors tournament, defeated Dragon Lee to win the IWGP Junior Heavyweight title at Dominion. Ospreay then went to the English commentary table and said that he wanted his first defence to be against Eagles. IWGP Tag Team Champions Guerrillas of Destiny will face Juice Robinson & Mikey Nicholls in a non-title match in Melbourne, and Rocky Romero is taking on El Phantasmo in a Best of the Super Juniors rematch
