History

Harlan Leroy Brower was an American biker. In 1959 "Tiny" joined the Satan Slaves S.F.V. motorcycle club. After a few years he returned to Sioux City where he started the mid-west motorcyle club, El Forastero. In 1978 he became a member of the Hells Angels S.F.V. where he celebrated 26 years with the club.
