Scott C. Miller is a makeup artist known for Alice and Wonderland, The Man Who Killed Hitler and then The Bigfoot, and Dexter New Blood. He was born near Boston in Chelsea, Massachusetts on December 29, 1960, the fifth of nine children born to his parents. He became a makeup artist in Los Angeles in 1981 and studied under the direction of makeup artists Tom Burman and Leo Latito, Jr. His skills range from straight makeup application, master sculptor to makeup special effects.
