History

Rozina was a famous supporting film heroine in Pakistani films. She was introduced in film Hamen Bhi Jeenay Do in 1963. Her first film as solo heroine was Ishq-e-Habib in 1965. She got breakthrough from film Sangdil in 1968. Punjabi film Basheera in 1972 was her all time best film as first heroine. She was seen in 90 films during her two decades film career. Rozina was born in 1948 in Karachi in a Christian family but converted to Islam after she married sound recorder Raffat Qureshi. She is mother of Saima Qureshi, who is a famous model and TV artist.
