Anna, in her late twenties, feels like her life is sliding away from her hands. A ticket to a prestigious music school in Paris might be the perfect last chance to pursue her dream career in piano. Success seems not so elusive unless her manipulative, self-destructive alcoholic father stands in her way.

The Girl follows her simulation on paths between hills, until the sun leaves her. In this poetic monologue she realizes her weaknesses to get away from the cave of herself.

A person, in the case of "Iphigenia" a girl, sacrifices part or even her whole ego to become a member of a new social ensemble and specifically of the social ensemble of her future husband. The film is inspired by the theater of the absurd and mainly by theatrical texts by Ionesco and Pinter but also by the original myth of Iphigenia which symbolizes sacrifice.
