A wealthy family moves into the Vettaiyapuram palace to renovate their ancestral temple and perform a pooja, unaware of that it will reawaken the feud between a classical dancer, Chandramukhi and Vettaiyan Raja from centuries ago.
A story of a man trying to save a child life with 200,000 rupees at a private hospital. Many challenges come in his way and many obstacle and a story of a woman trying to save her life from a man he didn't love and from acid.
This film involves around two characters both have been played by Jeeva. Siva is fisherman and does good things and on the other hand Ashok is a lawyer, womanizer and does bad things. At one point Ashok kills a girl with whom he made love. By certain amount of doubt, his brother Siva drags Ashok to court, there he uses his professional knowledge to escape out of the case.
Venkat (Sarath Kumar), a medical representative, is a happily married person with a son. His wife Kalyani (Andrea Jeremiah) is very loving and both of them along with their son have a perfect life. That is, until their son falls sick and things between the husband and wife cool down a bit. Kalyani begins to spend more time with their son and starts to ignore her husband involuntarily. Venkat feeling a bit lonely and neglected walks in and out of his monotonous life without complaining much. He tries to understand his wife's feelings.
