At the end of the Qing Dynasty and the beginning of the Republic of China, wars continued, and the evil person Wang Liniang was killing people. The crazy Jianghu warlock Mao Bupo and his apprentices Bai Qi and Bai Yuan chased the evil spirits to Heling City. Bai Qi defeated Wang Liniang and the two-headed snake.
