Claudia Munksgaard-Palmqvist

History

Claudia Munksgaard-Palmqvist, is a danish stop motion animator with a bachelor degree in animation from Volda University College in Norway. She has a background as a film projectionist, freelance writer for We Animate Magazine and works as a Film Programmer for Void International Animation Film Festival in Copenhagen. She has worked as a prop maker, set builder and animator on different projects in Norway and France, including the award winning short film Pearl Diver (2020) by norwegian director Margrethe Danielsen.

This is a film about three couples that are drifting apart. A hedgehog falls in love with a balloon, but struggles to keep up his grooming routine. There is a coldness between an arctic/antarctic couple, and two naive oysters are longing to meet.
My Dad is a dog

A family father for unexplained reasons started acting like a dog, and we experience the growing family problems that follow that change through the eyes of the daughter. The story takes place in a 1960's collage style world
