Marko spends time in the abandoned apartment of his childhood in Belgrade. Traces of the past are being drawn and memories, both idyllic and traumatic, are combined. The family VHS archive shows his universe during 1998 and 1999: gatherings, pets, videogames, and moments of uncertainty reveal a common life embraced by an historical event.

Germans settled in Vojvodina in the late 17th century. In time, customs and traditions were assimilated and former newcomers became natives and locals. However, WWII puts former neighbors to the test and reveals the best and worst in people. Defeated, collectively guilty, their trace will vanish. What is left is Vojvodina and places they inhabited, quiet witnesses and silent traces of existence.

The film follows a group of convicts serving sentences in the Belgrade District Prison. With thoughts focused on their wives and children, convicts reconsider their decisions as they dream of freedom and reunion with their families.
Director
Victoria (15) is a drummer from a small town Smederevo. Her passion for music is sparked through Rock Camp for Girls in 2017 and in summer of 2019, the Camp has a big surprise – an international collaboration. After all that, she comes back to Smederevo, which leaves her a bit broken. But, the memories of her experience on Iceland motivate her to continue with drumming, along with school activities.
