Egghead & Twinkie is a feature-length coming of age comedy about coming out of the closet. The film follows a teenage girl named Twinkie as she comes out to her parents and takes off on a cross country road trip to meet her mysterious online crush, BD. She even convinces her nerdy best friend, Egghead, to come along for the ride. The only problem? Egghead is in love with Twinkie, and BD might not be everything she seems to be on the internet. A feature film adaptation of the 2019 short.

A hardened mechanic must stay awake and maintain an interstellar ark fleeing the dying planet Earth with a few thousand lucky souls on board... the last of humanity. Unfortunately, humans are not the only passengers. A shapeshifting alien creature has taken residence, its only goal is to kill as many people as possible. The crew must think quickly to stop this menace before it destroys mankind.

Before the 2022 feature there was the award-winning 2019 short. 'Egghead & Twinkie' focuses with a comedic tone on sexual orientation, gender, and Asian-American mixed race identity. Egghead & Twinkie are best friends who are both about to reveal a secret: Egghead is in love with Twinkie. Twinkie is a lesbian.
