Mrs. Knockwurst (Lady in Elevator)
Dracula and Renefield relocate to 70's era New York in search of Cindy Sondheim, the reincarnation of Dracula's one true love, Mina Harker. "Trouble adjusting" is a wild understatement for the Count as he battles Cindy's psychiatrist, Jeffrey Rosenberg, a descendant of Van Helsing, who may almost certainly, possibly, may be in love with Cindy too.

Dogfather reads about a goose that laid a golden egg, and kidnaps him to make him lay another one. Trouble is, he didn't actually lay the egg (it was an another goose that decided to keep his mouth shut since he knew the fate of the goose in the story "The Goose that Laid a Golden Egg").

Hoot Kloot is ordered to evict Widow Watley from her house so they can build railroad tracks, but Hoot can't seem to get past her aggressive dog.

The mysterious Mrs. Eleanor Carter moves to Springville with her two teenage children Jimmy and Cathy. Eleanor makes friends with the town's social leader Mrs. Wellington, who supports her idea for a town youth center, and she is aided by Tom Griffith, the high school principal. At the town's annual picnic, to which Eleanor has bought a band, the town busy-body Eunice reveals what she had learned from Eleanor's past.
