From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia Barbara Harris (July 25, 1935-August 21, 2018) was an American actress who was a Broadway stage star and later became a film actress. She appeared in such films as A Thousand Clowns, Plaza Suite, Nashville, Family Plot, Freaky Friday, Peggy Sue Got Married, and Grosse Pointe Blank. Harris won a Tony Award, was nominated for an Academy Award and received four Golden Globe Award nominations.
