Having escaped death (The Frankenstein Story) Doctor Frankenstein makes the decision to create a new monster. He sends Ygor and the original monster to find fresh body parts, whether from the gallows or from the living. With these new parts, the doctor creates a new monster. Unfortunately, the new monster is given a half decayed face. The new monster goes berserk, killing everybody in its path. It attempts to kill the doctor, Ygor and the original monster. The only way to stop it was for the Doctor to turn on the gas, that would kill them all.

The story is set around Doctor Frankenstein, and his assistant Ygor, the hunchback are finishing the creation of and bring to life the monster. Ygor quickly makes friends with the monster. He instructs the monster to kill Doctor Frankenstein, leaving him for dead. Ygor and monster leave the castle to explore. They meet a teenager, who also becomes friends with the monster. When the teenager makes fun of the hunchback, Ygor has the monster kill him. The pair return to the castle to find Doctor Frankenstein still alive. In the meantime, the brother of the teenage victim enters the castle seeking revenge. He sets the castle on fir, trapping inside the Doctor, Ygor and the monster.

Count Dracula is revived. He sets about to locate and revive the Frankenstein monster. Dracula is in need of nourishment, so leaves the safety of the castle and locates a victim to satisfy his blood lust. Two of the victim's friends, seek revenge and track Dracula to his lair, and are attacked by the monster. An electrical fuse causes a fire in the castle, while the morning dawn sun destroys Dracula, leaving just his skeletal remains.

A thief (who is also a wolf man) breaks into Dracula's castle. He encounters a skeleton, and removes a stake from the bones. The removal of the stake revives Dracula, who bites Talbot the thief. Dracula then uses an electronic device to summon the Frankenstein Monster. The Monster leaves the castle. Talbot asks Dracula to cure him of his lycanthropy, but then transforms into the Wolfman. When the Monster returns, he and the Wolfman fight. The Wolfman transforms back into his human form, and then shoots the Monster and rams a stake back into Dracula's heart.

After the monster commits a murder, an intruder to laboratory drives a stake through Count Dracula's heart, killer the vampire. The monster attacks the intruder, who kills the monster using a hammer.
