Mia Hafrén

History

Mia Johanna Hafrén (born 4 March 1974 in Loviisa, Finland) is a Finnish actress and singer. She attended school in Loviisa and graduated from the Theater Academy in 1997. After graduating, she was attached to Åbo Svenska Teater but became a freelancer a year later. As an actress, Mia Hafrén is especially remembered from YLE TV1's series “Tahdon asia”, in which she played the role of Susanna Rouhiala. Another significant role was YLE TV2's historical drama series “Hovimäki”, in which she played Vava Lindhof. Hafrén played a role in the series “Klikkaa mua”, in which she played Hannele. Hafrén's play “Kontakt” about the world of young people premiered at the Wasa Theater in 2002. Mia Hafrén is also a singer in the a cappella group Fork, where she uses the artist name Ms Chiq LaDesire.
