For the first time, Tamar (5 years old), accompanies her dad in a hotel where vacationers look a bit strange... Through the eyes of the child then begins a journey tinged with surrealism. Tamar will eventually discover the hidden story of her father, a part of his life that she does not know.

The movie 'Floats' describes a state in which the entire existence turns into anticipation. A cynical look at figures which are moving in a repetitive manner as a sort of pendulum which reflects the passing of time. The figures are constantly moving, however they are not advancing anywhere. Their action loses its meaning and becomes pointless. Both the viewer and the figures enter a meditative state in which nothing happens except for waiting.
