The One and Only Aethon
Sound Mixer
Shot entirely on vintage VHS-C tapes and loosely following the greek myth, The One and Only Aethon is a surrealist nightmare. The story follows Aethon as he struggles with his eating disorder and overbearing hyper masculinity. He is coxed by a seemingly helpful weight loss tape from Dr. Milton Mysercough, but something evil lurks that might just be himself...
Father, Why Have You Forsaken Me?
Assistant Camera
After the death of his father, an Episcopalian priest, a teenage ice skater is lost in grief and god's silence. He begins to form a relationship with a non-binary photographer and starts to find a purpose in life. As he skates memories flow through him in a kaleidoscopic depiction of time and he comes to terms with death, religion, and life.
holding hands with the moon
Assistant Director
"holding hands with the moon" is a celebration of a not-so-common-coming-of-age inspired by isolation during the pandemic and the consequential anxiety that came with it. Terra is not only learning to live with her anxiety, but also appreciating all of the little things in life that bring her immense joy and her unwavering (and borderline obsessive) love for the moon. Through it all though, magic is never too far away from Terra’s familiar life.
