Violet Elliot

History

Violet Elliot is a Canadian filmmaker, disability advocate, and social media manager based outside Toronto, Ontario. She’s a recent graduate of the Bachelor of Film and Television program at Sheridan College, where she specialized in directing for documentary, producing, and production management. Over the last few years she’s focused on disability-led stories that uplift disabled voices. Recently, she was a PA and Social Media Manager on the AMI docuseries Breaking Character as well as Social Media Manager on the AMI docuseries Employable Me. Currently, she is working as a freelance social media contractor and recently completed a short portrait piece on Academy Award nominee Graham Greene for the Canada’s Walk of Fame and NBCUniversal.
