Hana is a nineteen-year old expectant mother. She travels with her grandmother's ashes to her grandmother's house. Hana's mother, who gave birth to Hana when she herself was a teenager, now resides in the home. They are on the outs with each other, but are forced to stay with each other when Hana's boyfriend fails to show.

A young couple, stranded by a car breakdown, discovers an old hot spring inn. They quickly decide to stay there. Soon, they begin to be followed by the shadow of someone or something around them. It turns out to be the ghost of a woman who died at the inn and cannot rest in peace.
