Jobbert is running a saltwater taffy company in Ohio but all of a sudden it is overrun by rambunctious children with no respect for authority! It is up to Jobbert to call the team of incredibly aerodynamic monkey spies so that his taffy factory won't fall at the hands of uneducated youth. But can Jobbert the fact that he is actually a cyborg from both the children and the monkeys?
