Husband and wife Paul and Rachel are going through a difficult time. A year after the loss of their daughter, Paul still hasn't been able to come to terms with it and is acting distant. Every time Rachel tries to get closer, he flees to his office, where he is working on his latest book. When Paul is away one day, Rachel decides to investigate.
