On March 11, 2021, Kiyoshi Onodera, the owner chef of an Italian restaurant overlooking the ocean on the Oshika Peninsula in Miyagi Prefecture, invites his friends to his restaurant to drink and party on a day when the disaster area is enveloped in a solemn atmosphere. As his friends wonder about his intentions, Kiyoshi begins to tell them about how he became a desperate alcoholic after losing his restaurant and friends in the Great East Japan Earthquake, and how he rebuilt his restaurant and became a chef in pursuit of the best taste.

20-year-old Ozawa Tsubasa has been helping out in the eatery that her mother Yukiko runs in a port town in the Tohoku region. She loves songs and secretly wishes to become a singer. However, she is on the verge of giving up that dream since it is practically impossible. Seeing her mother keep on working despite the hardships as well as the deserted town, she doubts that dreams and wishes come true. But one day, Tsubasa travels back in time to Tokyo in the year 1975 in an unexpected way. She meets 20-year-old Ozora Tsubasa, a cheerful and positive girl with the same name and dream as her. The unsuspecting Tsubasa had left home and come to Tokyo under the mistaken impression that she was scouted by a television station.

20 years ago, the only survivors from the virus-ridden city promised to meet in 2017. What happened to the city and this mysterious virus?

At a certain park, there is a mysterious man, who has red eyes and a black suit, that people can go to and request him to kill someone. His assassinations can never be blamed on him because he takes no illegal action. His strength is in the power of suggestion and the arrangement of events. A four-part anthology in the spirit of The Twilight Zone, this film starts off with a group of commuters stranded at a train station in the rain, listening to stories told by one of the group. These include tales of a group stranded in the mountains and haunted by guilt over a death they inadvertantly caused, an emotionally broken chessmaster pressed into playing a real-life game for an eccentric millionaire, a wandering medieval samurai who finds a modern-day cell phone on the ground and a person on the other end asking questions about the past, and a young couple who agree to try a computer simulation of what their future as husband and wife would be like.

Junko was born with a type of ESP called pyrokinesis which she can use to incinerate anyone and anything at will. Junko is secretly in love with Kazuki, a young man who works with her. His sister is killed and a boy named Masaki suspected but the police don't arrest him. Junko tells Kazuki about her powers and takes revenge.

Looking for something to do during the summer, Akihiko Suzuki teams up with four girls (Namie, Natsumi, Mishiyo, and Komugi) and a guy (Kosuke) to start a little cafe down by the beach. Actually, he is more interested in the girls than the job. They used to ignore him, but by working at the cafe, he hopes to start a friendship with them.
