Teruaki "Jimmy" Murakami (born June 5, 1933 in San Jose, California, USA; died February 16, 2014 in Dublin, Ireland) was an American animator and film director, best known for his live-action space opera "Battle Beyond the Stars" (1980) and his animated adaptations of Raymond Briggs' books "The Snowman" (1982) and "When the Wind Blows" (1986).

Jean asks her to do three things as proof of her affection: the tail feathers of her husband's favorite bird, the marquis's whiskers and one of his teeth.
